My Mission

Enable business owners, executives, and entrepreneurs to lead better, make better decisions, and create better results, personally and professionally. 

 

Previous Experience

Coached and consulted hundreds of business leaders in strategy, business development, sales and operations to help launch or grow their business. Helped an accounting and finance operations firm expand Chief Executive and business owner advisory services. Assisted the transformation of a coaching and training business into a full service digital marketing agency and the subsequent spin-out of a marketing software startup. Co-founded and operated a retail and eCommerce business, while simultaneously helping launch the new Alarm Division of a Fire & Safety company. Built and led talented Sales and Sales Operations teams to enable a >500 sales force to boost productivity and increase commercial revenue for a $2b printing company. Contributed to national sales, product development, packaging design and CPG promotions for $25m manufacturing company.

 

Personal

I am blessed with my wife of 28 years and two amazing daughters, both Texas A&M graduates, launching their careers. We enjoy the outdoors, tennis/pickleball, riding bikes, hiking, traveling, and spending time with family.
